Matroosberg Private Nature Reserve has a new cancellation policy as from 1 June 2010.

Please note, by paying your deposit, you accept the Terms and Conditions of Matroosberg Private Nature Reserve as well as the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing.

30-60 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations.
15-29 days: 50% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations.
0-14 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations

10% Handling Fee on all refunds charged

Easter weekend, 1 June - 31 August  and December-January holidays

90-120 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
0-90 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
Non arrivals are subject to the full accommodation fee.
